REFUNDS
We offer a 3-day replacement policy in case of manufacturing defects or product issues under normal use. If the conditions are met and the replacement is approved, we will send a new item. Delivery charges may apply for the replacement service.
Refunds are only processed if the return is approved within 3 days and a replacement is not possible. Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer in case of cash-on-delivery orders.
